Ingredients

    5 15 oz cans hy-tp tomato sauce
    1 pound lean ground beef
    1cup chopped onion
    garlic to taste
    basil to taste

Directions

1/2 serving
mix together and simmer for 1 hour cook as much pasta as you need.
i freeze baggies of this for a quick lunch, to thaw place im a microwave safe bowl with water and heat till hot enough for you
