Introduction

Wonderful use of large quantities of cucumbers that you will enjoy all year long. Wonderful use of large quantities of cucumbers that you will enjoy all year long.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    8 C. Cucumbers, sliced thin
    2 small onions, sliced thin
    1 C. Cider Vinegar
    1 C. Sugar
    1 C. Splenda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed

Directions

Combine, vinegar, Splenda, sugar, salt & celery seed and whisk together. Pour over onions and cucumbers. Let marinade in Fridge for 48 hours, stirring occasionally. Divide into containers and freeze. Allow to thaw for 12-24 hours when ready to use.
