Feta Bean Dip

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 can chick peas
    1 can cannellini
    1/2 cup roasted red pepper
    3/4 cup plain non-fat yogurt
    1/2 cup feta cheese
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    fresh mint
    fresh basil

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Chill for a few hours then enjoy with fresh veggies.

Makes 3 cups of dip. Serving size is 1/4 cup of dip.
