This is a double batch recipe. It serves six at half the amounts listed. We like to eat it two nights in a row so I make 8 servings at a time. Ingredients

    2lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (chopped)
    16 Ounces Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
    16oz Dry Angelhair Pasta
    2 Packets Onion Soup Mix (use half or substitute with other seasonings to reduce sodium)
    3 Tbsp Minced Garlic
    16oz Fat Free Sour Cream (I use Naturally Yours or Tillamook brand)
    2 Tbsp Minced Chives
    4 Cups Water

Directions

In large saucepan, bring chicken, mushrooms, onion soup mix, water, and garlic to a boil.
Break pasta into 2" pieces and stir into boiling pasta.
Boil for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Take off heat and stir in sour cream and chives.
Serving Size: Aprox. 1 Cup
