Mediterranean Cottage Cheese and Tomatoes

Introduction

I just kind of threw this together when I was looking for a different flavor for my usual snack and sometimes lunch meal (for the snack i cut this recipe in half) and it came out pretty darn good! I just kind of threw this together when I was looking for a different flavor for my usual snack and sometimes lunch meal (for the snack i cut this recipe in half) and it came out pretty darn good!

Ingredients

    4 1/4 inch slices of tomato
    1 cup of low fat 2% milk cottage cheese
    a good sprinkle of McCormick's Perfect Pinch Mediterranean Herb seasoning mix (or to taste)

Directions

Slice the tomato and lay the slices flat in a plate
spoon cottage cheese onto tomato slices
sprinkle generously with seasoning mix
Enjoy!
