Ingredients

1-1.5 lbs chicken breast cut into strips
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium red pepper, sliced
1/2 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup honey
ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Place chicken, onion, and peppers into a slow cooker. Stir together the green onion, soy sauce, white wine, water, honey and pepper in a cup or small bowl. Pour over the chicken. Cover, and cook on high in slower cooker for 4 hours.
