Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup watermelon
    1/2 cup cantelope or honeydew (or both)
    1/4 cup strawberries
    1/4 cup blueberries
    1/2 cup low fat yogurt
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1/4 cup crushed ice

Directions

Chop all your fruit into cubes or slices to fit into your blender. Combine ingredients and blend. I use the Magic Bullet blender for my single portions.
