1/2 cup no sugar added raspberrie preserves
6oz lite vanilla yogurt (80 cal cup)
4oz lite cream cheese (20 cal per serving)
1/2 cup splenda
1/4 cup almond dream unsweetened milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 8oz tub of lite cool whip
85 cal. per serving
set out cream cheese to soften
with an electric beater, whip cream cheese till soft.
add yogurt and preserves, whip untill creamy.
add splenda, almond milk and vanilla. whip till creamy.
gently fold in all but 6 tbs of cool whip (set aside last 6 tbs to put on top before serving)
spoon into small dessert bowls and chill for 30 minutes.
top with remaining cool whip.
