1 squash, acorn (4" in diameter)
1 tablespoon "I Can't Believe Its Not Butter, Light"
1/8 tsp salt
Cut Acorn in half. Turn acorn squash upside down into a baking dish filled with about 1/4" water. Tent with foil. Bake until soft.
Remove squash from the oven and turn onto a plate so that the flesh is facing upwards. Place 1/2 of the "ICBINT, Light" and salt into each squash.
Serve as-is, but make sure to mash the squash together with the margarine and salt before eating.
