Introduction

this is something i came up with couliflower to replace the potatoes. love it. this is something i came up with couliflower to replace the potatoes. love it.

Ingredients

    Beef, top sirloin, 12 oz (remove)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, .25 cup (remove)
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) (remove)
    Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Onion powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 1 serving (remove)
    Cauliflower, raw, 3 cup (remove)

Directions

cut sirlone into bite size peices
dredge in wheat flour
heat frying pan and olive oil fry meat on high till browned on one side flip over and then add onions and garlic
place brown meat in bottom of high sided pie pan
add frozen vegatables to fying pan and .25 cup of water and get the bits off the bottow bring to bowl then pour vegatables and drippings over the meat

steam caulifower till tender mash like mash pototes add butter and salt and pepper place over the top of the meat and vegatables but in oven for 45 minutes or till slight bown
