1 cup ground flax meal
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup water
your choice of spices, I use garlic salt
Spread onto silicon mat, 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 1.5 inch squares.
Bake at 400º for 15-18 minutes
Store in unsealed bag
