Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Butter, unsalted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
    Flour, whole grain, .0625 cup
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Marjoram, dried, .25 tsp
    Milk, nonfat, 0.5 cup
    Worcestshire Sauce (Lea and Perrins), 0.5 tsp
    Dungeness Crab, 3 oz
    Bumble Bee canned tiny shrimp (2oz serving)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 medium sliced
    Green Olive - 1 Olive, 3 serving
    Whole Wheat English Muffin, 1 muffin
    Paprika, .5 tsp

Directions

Saute mushrooms, set aside, Melt butter over medium heat. Stir in salt, pepper, flour. Add milk slowly, stir till smooth. Add worcestshire, marjoram. Continue cooking till thickened. Add crab, shrimp and their liquid, mushrooms, and olives. Heat through. Serve on toasted english muffin. Sprinkle with paprika.
