Lemon Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

1 Chicken Breast, no skin,
3 tsp minced Garlic, 3 tsp
Juice of 1 lemon
10 grams Nandos Lemon and Herb Rub
1 tbsp frehly ground pepper
Directions
Makes 2 half breasts (2 servings)
Mix all ingredients except for chicken in a bowl.
Place whole chicken breast in pan and sear bottom.
drizzle top of breast with marinade and let cook for 2 minutes.
Flip the breast over and drizzle the bottom with marinade.
remove breast from pan and cut in half lengthways (to seperate top from bottom). drizzle more marinade on the inside of the breast and return both peices to the pan.
Continue to marinade and flip the chick and till charcoal in colour.
Best served with salad containing baby spinach, capsicum, red onion, carrot, tomotos, feta, olives and snow peas.
