Strawberry/Raspberry/Banana Smoothie

Introduction

A tasty fruit smoothie. The base of yogurt and soy milk is usually the same - I just switch up the fruit depending on what I have on hand. A tasty fruit smoothie. The base of yogurt and soy milk is usually the same - I just switch up the fruit depending on what I have on hand.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    * Private Selection Light Vanilla Soy, 1 cup
    * Raspberries - about 1/3 cup
    * Strawberries - about 1/2 cup, cut up
    * Banana, fresh - about 1/2 of a medium to large
    * Yogurt ~ Yoplait Greek, Plain, 2x Protein - 6 oz, 1 serving

Directions

Combine ingredients in blender and blend until desired consistency.

I also usually add about 1 Tablespoon of ground flax seed.

Makes about 2-1/2 cups.
