Peach Smoothie

Introduction

Ingredients

    - 3 medium peaches (cleaned, cut, and de-stoned, but not peeled)
    - 3/4 c. light soy milk
    - 50 blueberries
    - 2 tsp whey powder
    - 3/4 cup oatmeal (prepared)
    - crushed ice

Directions

In a blender, puree peaches, soy milk, and blueberries until smooth. Add whey powder and oatmeal, puree until smooth.

Add crushed ice (at least one cup) and blend until the texture is icy but still creamy.

Serve with a straw if you have one. :)
