1 can apple pie filling
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup brown sugar (unpacked)
1 stick of butter, melted
1 1/5 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Spray an 8inch spring-form pan with non-stick cooking spray. Add the crumb mixture and press in a tightly packed layer. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Meanwhile combine pie filling, sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Taste and add more cinnamon or nutmeg to your liking.
When crust is finished baking remove from oven and add the apple mixture. Return to the oven and bake for 30-45 minutes. Until pie filling is set up. Remove and allow to cool 15 minutes before removing the sides of the pan. Cut into 16 pieces and serve with vanilla ice cream or whip cream.
