Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup cooked black beans
    1 1/2 cup cottage cheese (kroger fat free)
    1 cup frozen corn, thawed
    3/4 cup salsa
    1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
    jalapeno (optional - not calculated)
    diced avacado (optional - not calculated)

Directions

Mix everything together and chill until serving time. Serve with tortilla chips.
