Chicken "Fried" Rice

Submitted by: KARANOREEN

Introduction

A great dish for the family (my 3yr old loves it). This version is gluten free. Can substitute roasted/rotisserie chicken or ground turkey breast to lower the fat & calories. Great one-dish meal, and a great way to get a large serving of veggies. A great dish for the family (my 3yr old loves it). This version is gluten free.
