Cantaloupe Banana Smoothie

Introduction

Simple Smoothie gives 2/3 of Calcium and plenty of fruit :-) Simple Smoothie gives 2/3 of Calcium and plenty of fruit :-)

Ingredients

    1 Cup Cantaloupe balls (I freeze mine & use them instead of ice)
    1 large banana
    1 Cup of + calcium Orange Juice
    1 Cup of Yogurt

Directions

Combine ingredients in a blender, I find putting the frozen melon balls in last works best. Otherwise my blender seems to get stuck.

If you don't have frozen melon balls, add ice. If the blender seems to get stuck on the ice, turn it off and add a little water.

Serve in a large cup.
