1 Cup Cantaloupe balls (I freeze mine & use them instead of ice)
1 large banana
1 Cup of + calcium Orange Juice
1 Cup of Yogurt
If you don't have frozen melon balls, add ice. If the blender seems to get stuck on the ice, turn it off and add a little water.
Serve in a large cup.
