Ingredients

    1 can (2 cups) pumpkin puree
    2 tbsp powdered sugar

Directions

Mix pumpkin and sugar over medium heat in a small sauce pan for about 3-5 minutes or until pumpkin begins to thicken. Remove from heat and allow to cool before filling manapua. Let dough rise one more time before steaming for 15 minutes.
Makes filling for 12 small manapua.
