    1/2 cup fatfree milk
    1 small frozen banana
    1 6oz vanilla light yogurt (lowfat 80 calorie)


Add milk, yogurt, frozen peeled banana in single size blender. Blend on high 30-45 seconds. Makes 1 serving.
