Zucchini Spaghetti Sauce

Introduction

Very tasty and easy to make. Very tasty and easy to make.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Spaghetti Sauce
    1 can diced Italian Tomatoes
    2 4 oz cans of mushroom stems & pieces
    1 or 2 onions diced
    1 bell pepper diced
    1 or 2 zucchinis, diced
    Italian seasoning to taste
    Garlic Powder to taste

Directions

Saute onions & peppers in a dutch oven until soft.

Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for an hour or two to blend flavors.

Serve over spaghetti noodles.
