Ingredients

    4 oz. Ground turkey, 93% lean
    1 medium white onion, chopped
    1 C Celery, chopped
    4 C Cabbage, raw, chopped
    1 C Carrots, raw, chopped
    C Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, chopped
    C Cilantro, fresh, chopped
    2 T Curry powder
    4 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
    2 C Kashi - Moroccan Curry 7 Whole Grain Pilaf
    4 T Feta cheese Crumbled

Directions

This recipe makes 4 servings of 1 cups.

Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and crumble and begin browning turkey as you add and stir in all other ingredients excep the last two. Cook and stir (a little water may be added if needed) until vegetable are cooked but still crisp. Add the Kashi Grain and heat until warm. Serve, topped with the Feta cheese.
