Breakfast Burrito II

    1/4 cup egg beaters
    1 large egg
    1 6.5" whole wheat tortilla
    1/4 oz mexican cheese
    1 Tbsp salsa


Mix eggs beaters and egg in bowl. Preheat nonstick pan, cook eggs until desired texture. Warm tortilla with cheese in microwave for 20 seconds. Put eggs on top of tortilla top with salsa. Wrap and enjoy.
