Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients

    1 cup Wheat Whole Flour
    1 cup Skim Milk
    1 Eggland's Best Large Egg
    1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    Nutmeg
    Cinnamon
    All Spice
    Almond Extract

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Cook over Medium- High heat, in a pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, flipping once, when bubbles collapse on the visible side.
Makes 5-6 4-1/2inch Pancakes.

Serve with Maple Syrup.
