IntroductionJapanese Fried Pork Japanese Fried Pork
4 pork chops (3oz each)
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Flour
1 Medium or Large Egg (for dredging)
1/2 Cup Panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
1 Cup Olive Oil
2) Dredge the pork chops in the flour
3) Then through the beaten egg (you won't use all of the egg)
4) Then cover the pork chop with the Panko, making sure all sides are thouroughly covered, be generous
5) Then fry in Olive Oil (you will probably only consume .25 Cup in your chop) until Golden brown and pork chop is cooked thru. about 10 minutes.
