Introduction

Remember Gramma's cheese and crackers? Well, this is nothing like that. Remember Gramma's cheese and crackers? Well, this is nothing like that.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 serving reduced fat Triscuit crackers
    1 serving goat cheese (I like Trader Joe's)
    A couple big chunks of sundried tomatoes
    1 pimiento stuffed green olive for each Triscuit
    Black pepper to taste

Directions

Spread cheese on crackers and sprinkle pepper on top.
Cut sundried tomatoes into enough pieces to top each cracker with one chunk.
Top each cracker with one green olive.
Enjoy.
