Tuna, canned in water
No Yold Broad Noodles
Frozen Mixed Vegetables
Fat Free Sour Cream
Cavenda's Greek Seasoning
Cook noodles according to package directions without added fat or salt; drain and transfer to a large bowl. Fold in tuna and mixed vegetables.
Whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, cheese, and Cavendar's together in a separate bowl; fold into noodle mixture. Transfer to a 4-quart casserole dish. Bake for 15 mins. then add the crackers on top. Bake for another 15 mins. until top is golden and bubbly. Yields about 1 cup per serving.
