1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 tsp splenda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 6 oz package sugar free lime jello mix
6 oz fat free cream cheese
1/2 an avacado
1 can evaporated milk, 2% lowfat
1 tsp splenda
1 tsp sugar
2 cups-2 Tbsp of water
2 Tbsp lime juice
Mix together graham cracker crumbs, splenda and melted butter.
Press into 9" pie tin and bake for 8 min or until golden brown.
Let crust completely cool before making filling.
Cream together avacado and cream cheese.
Boil water and lime juice and add to jello mix and let jello mix dissolve completely.
Add cream cheese mixture to jello mixing very well.
In a chilled bowl, whip together the splenda and very cold evaporated milk.
Add jello to evaporated milk mixture and blend together very well.
Pour filling in crust and chill for 5 hours, or until firm.
