Lentil and fresh vegetable salad

Ingredients

    One can lentils (drained and rinsed)
    1 cup chopped tomatoes
    1 cup chopped cucumber
    1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup white wine vinegar
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Add one can (drained) lentils to chopped tomatoes, cucumber and roasted red peppers. Toss with olive oil and white wine vinegar.
