Sautéed Zuchini, Squash, and Onion

Introduction

Something simple and tasty to get you to eat your vegetables. Something simple and tasty to get you to eat your vegetables.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 1/2 c zuchini, sliced 1/4" thick (do not peel)
    1 1/2 c summer squash, sliced 1/4" thick (do not peel)
    1/2 c vidalia onion, sliced into small pieces
    salt, to taste
    pepper, to taste
    1/4 t paprika
    1 t garlic powder
    2 t cooking oil

Directions

Season sliced vegetables with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Sauté in a medium pan over medium-high heat with 2 t cooking oil until pieces are tender and some are slightly brown.

Makes approximately 4 3/4 c servings.
