500g lean minced steak
2 medium onions
400g chopped tomatoes
250g frozen spinach
6 lasagne sheets
80g plain yoghurt
2 small eggs
2. Add tomatoes and passata and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. In an ovenproof dish layer the meat mixture with the spinach and the lasagne sheets.
4. To make the topping, gently whisk two eggs until broken add the yoghurt and mix. Finally add the grated cheese and mix.
5. Cover the lasage with the topping mix and bake in oven for 35 mins at Gas mark 6/7.
Makes 4 large portions or 6 smaller portions.
