    150g White all purpose flour
    2 tsp Baking powder
    2 small Bananas, mashed
    3 tbsp Sunflower oil
    3 tbsp Honey
    60ml or 0.25 cup nonfat, Milk
    0.5 cup Blueberries


Mix together the oil,honey and milk to the mashed bananas.
Mix the flour and baking powder together, then add to the banana mixture. don't overmix.
Spoon the mixture into 12 x medium size cupcake papercases. Drop 2 or 3 blueberries over each cupcake and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes 180c / 350f / gas 4.
