My Spark Turkey Pasta Plate



Introduction

Turkey and Whole Wheat Spaghetti for One Turkey and Whole Wheat Spaghetti for One
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 oz ground Turkey - at least 93% lean
    .5 tblsp Olive Oil
    .6 cup/1 serving of Whole Wheat sphaghetti, prepared as directed
    1 oz Part Skim Mozzarella
    1 tsp Basil
    1 tsp whole oregano
    1 tblsp onion powder mixed with garlic powder
    1 tsp minced onion
    One half package frozen broccoli, prepared as directed
    (CAN SUBSTITUTE ANY VEGGIES)


Directions

Form a turkey patty and cook with the olive oil and spices (preferences only to taste)
Add mozz cheese for the last minute of cooking, to melt

Mix Spaghetti and butter together, put on small plate. Place the cooked turkey with melted mozzarella on top of the spaghetti. Sprinkle parmesan over all, and circle with broccoli to finish. YUMMY !!
