Introduction

A delicous Lo- Cal Asain Slaw, could be dinner on its own, great as a side, or snack when you feel like munching. A delicous Lo- Cal Asain Slaw, could be dinner on its own, great as a side, or snack when you feel like munching.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Cabbage, red, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5" dia)
    Celery, raw, 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Onions, raw, .33 large
    Peanuts, dry-roasted, .33 cup
    Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
    *Canola Oil, .25 cup
    *Sesame Seeds, .5 tbsp
    Cider Vinegar,(or even better Rice Vinegar) .33 cup
    Garlic, 1 cloves
    Salt, 1.5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp

Directions

Ideally Substitute Rice Wine Vinegar for the Cidar Vinegar.
Thinly slice the cabbage, celery, and onion.
Chop or crush the peanuts as desired(can even leave whole)
Add everything to a bowl or Ziplock bag, tossing well to coat evenly.
Its ready to eat, but becomes even better as it marinades from 1 hour to 2 days. Just make sure to toss ocasionally while holding in the fridge so everythig gets marinaded evenly.
