32 oz. spaghetti sauce 1 lb. extra lean ground beef 12 oz. part skim Ricotta cheese 24 oz. part skim grated mozarella cheese 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 9-10 lasagna noodles, uncooked
Place small amount of spaghetti sauce/ meat mixture in greased pan. Place 3 strips of uncooked noodles down. Spread 1/3 spaghetti sauce, 1/3 ricotta cheese, and 1/3 mozarella. Repeat twice more. Sprinkle parmesan on top. Cover and bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
