I PRESS THE MEAT INTO A ROUND PIZZA PAN AND BEGIN COOKING AT 425* WHILE I PREPARE THE CHOPPED VEGETABLES. I PRESS THE MEAT INTO A ROUND PIZZA PAN AND BEGIN COOKING AT 425* WHILE I PREPARE THE CHOPPED VEGETABLES.

Ingredients

    1 LB 93% LEAN GROUND BEEF
    30 PIECES PEPPERONI
    2 SLICES 96% LEAN SLICED HAM
    1/4 CUP SLICEDONION
    1/4 CUP CHOPPED BELL PEPPER
    1/4 CUP MINCED ONION
    1/2 CUP PART SKIM KRAFT MOZZARELLA
    1/4 CUP 3 CHEESE ITALIAN SHREDDED CHEESE
    2 TEASPOONS MINCED GARLIC
    1 CAN PETITE DICED ONION WITH NO SALT

Directions

PRESS THE LEAN GROUND BEEF INTO A PIZZA PAN LEAVING SOME OVER THE SIDES BECAUSE IT WILL SHRINK. THE PLACE THE "CRUST" IN THE OVEN AT 425* FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES WHILE YOU CHOP THE VEGE AND MICROWATE ONIONS AND PEPPERS FOR A MINUTE. DRAIN THE CANNED TOMATOES.
TAKE THE "CRUST OUT OF THE OVEN AND DRAIN FAT.
ADD TOMATOES AND SPICES TO THE PIZZA CRUST. THEN LAYER ON THE HAM AND CHEESE THEN THE PEPPERONI ON TOP.
RETURN TO THE OVER ANOTHER 10 TO 20 MINUTES UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED AND BEGINS TO BROWN.
THIS IS SUPER YUMMY AND VERY ADKINS FRIENDLY FOR THE FIRST STAGE.
THE FAT GRAMS DOES NOT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE FATS DRAINED OFF THE PIZZA "CRUST" OR THAT DRAINED OFF AFTER COOKING THE PEPPERONI.
