Ingredients

    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic powder, 7 tbsp (remove)
    *Onion powder, 6 tbsp (remove)
    Parsley, dried, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Basil, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Water, tap, 128 fl oz (remove)
    Pillsbury Hungry Jack Buttermilk Biscuits, refrigerated dough, 20 serving (remove)
    Roasting Chicken, light meat, 12 cup, chopped or diced (remove)

Directions

In a large pot boil half the chicken in water until it comes off the bone making its own broth. Add vegetables.
Add remaining chicken and cook until done.
Roll out dough and cut into thin strips. Add by small amounts to boiling soup.
Add seasonings and herbs.
Serve while hot.
Makes 25 1-cup servings.
