Cauliflower rice

Introduction

A tasty grain free substitute for rice. A tasty grain free substitute for rice.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 head of cauliflower (or how ever much you want)
    1 T olive oil

Directions

Microwave the cauliflower in a covered dish on high.
DO NOT ADD WATER
Check it every minute until it becomes soft
Process in a food processor or grate by hand into fine, rice sized pieces
Saute the cauliflower in a pan with the oil and any additional seasonings you desire.
