Thai Peanut Sauce

Introduction

It's not completely traditional, but I found this recipe and of course had to improvise, but it turned out really good. It's not completely traditional, but I found this recipe and of course had to improvise, but it turned out really good.

Ingredients

    3/4 c smooth peanut butter
    1 T fish sauce
    1/5 T lite soy sauce
    1.5 t cilantro paste
    1/5 t ginger paste
    1 T water
    2 T sweetened condensed milk
    1 T lime juice
    2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

Just mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl, adjust the flavors as you see fit, enjoy! I served it with chicken and soba noodles.
