I liked it, but my kids did not. I do think that it needs a little more flavor so next time I will try to spice things up. - 5/24/08

I can't say this is 'Incredible!', but I can say it was very, very good! My 8 and 3 year old weren't huge fans, but they did eat it, and the crispy cheese covered tortilla's strips on top were a big hit. lol Hubby and myself really enjoyed this one though. Will definately make again! Thanks! - 5/22/08

I used salsa instead of tomatoes and low-fat colby jack for the cheddar cheese. This is very good as a meatless recipe when you add drained black, pinto or kidney beans. I also omitted the egg in this version. I'm lazy, so I just halve the corn tortillas. It's a very good, versatile recipe. - 4/26/08

  • Is that suppose to be 1/2 cup of chicken broth or 1.2 cups? Should canned tomatoes be whole or diced? - 5/6/08

    Reply from ICHIYEN (8/20/10)
It should be 1/2 Cup chicken broth and the tomatoes should be diced. I've used the mexican style diced tomatoes or you can use salsa.
