Introduction

My son is a picky eater, but he does love pancakes! I sneak in a little baby food to make sure he is getting a variety of fruits and veggies and proper nutrition My son is a picky eater, but he does love pancakes! I sneak in a little baby food to make sure he is getting a variety of fruits and veggies and proper nutrition
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 yogurt 6 oz cup
    1 jar baby food (my son loves apple carrot mango or banana pear peach for example!)
    1 cup bisquick
    2 eggs
    about 1/4 cup milk (depends on thickness of batter-you can add more or less)

    *chocolate chips of extra fruit like banana or blueberries can also be added!

Directions

add yogurt, baby food and eggs to bisquick. add in milk to desired consistency ( I may have used a little less then 1/4 cup). heat fry pan med heat and spray with cooking spray. Makes about 6-8 pancakes.
