16 oz Kidney Beans
14 oz each - green, yellow/wax, garbanzo, lima
1 Med red onion
1 Med green pepper
1/3 Cup vinegar
2/3 Cup sugar
2/3 Cup olive oil
Open, drain and rinse all cans of beans - place in glass / tupperware container with lid that seals. Chop green pepper, and thinly slice red onion and add. Combine oil, sugar and vinegar and mix well - pour over bean combination. Refrigerate for 2 hrs - turn once continue to refigerate until ready to serve.
