Cheesy Kale Chips

Introduction

Delicious. I used a dehydrator, but others report success in a low oven. Beware that these will leave little bits of green all over your teeth. Not too date friendly, but delicious! Delicious. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 bunches of Kale, approx 212. g, up to 250 g.
    50 g. cashews
    2 heaping T. nutritional yeast
    2 T. whole grain dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Blend all ingredients except kale in blender until the sauce is smooth. Wash the kale, cut the thick stems out and cut it into pieces. Dry thoroughly and put in a bowl. Pour the sauce over the kale, and stir it around with your hands, making sure some gets rubbed on all surfaces of the kale. It's messy!

Place on dehydrator screens and dry for 4 hours at 110 degrees.
