Introduction

A lighter version of Taco Salad! The Catalina Dressing mixed with taco seasoning really makes the salad! You can skip the Doritos to save on calories, but I think they're worth it.

It can be the main event or just a good side dish!

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Ground Turkey, lean, 8 oz
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 8 cups
    Finely Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese, 2/3 Cup
    All Natural Medium Salsa, 4 tbsp
    Light Sour Cream, 4 tbsp
    Doritos, Baked, Nacho Cheesier, 1 oz
    Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp
    Kraft Free Catalina Salad Dressing, 4 tbsp

Directions

First off, brown the turkey until no longer pink. Let cool.

In the meantime, mix together the lettuce, cheese, salsa and sour cream.

Mix together the Catalina Dressing with the taco sauce.

Crunch up Doritos into small pieces.

Toss salad mixture with crushed chips, turkey and salad dressing.

Serve!
