Mom's Turkey & Potatoes

Submitted by: AGIRLEY

Introduction

My mom made this a lot as we were growing up--it's a quick, easy meal that can feed a lot of people and is easily expandable. My mom made this a lot as we were growing up--it's a quick, easy meal that can feed a lot of people and is easily expandable.

Ingredients

2 lbs 93% lean ground turkey
2 cans (10.75oz each) tomato soup
    2 lbs red potatoes

Directions

Chop the potatoes to however big you'd like them to be--bite-sized is best in my opinion! Put the potatoes and the tomato soup in a crock pot on medium to high to cook. Brown the ground turkey in a skillet. When it's browned, add it to the skillet and mix it in with the tomato soup and the potatoes. If you need to make the tomato soup a little less thick, add in some water. Cook on low until ready to serve.

I figured the calories for 8 servings; I will edit when I figure out how many servings at what serving size this actually makes, since this is my first time making it. :-D
