1/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese
1 (5.3 oz) container Oikos Strawberry Greek Yogurt
11 grams Protein Isolate powder
50 grams medium banana, sliced
100 grams berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)
1 Tbl. sliced almonds (or any nut of your choice)
2 teaspoons chia seeds (do not have to grind)
Chia Seeds may be substituted with ground flax seeds. Chia seeds do not have to be ground like flax seeds to benefit from the nutrients and advantages to your digestion and metabolism.
In small bowl, mix together cottage cheese, yogurt, and protein powder. Mix thouroughly for 1 minute; let sit while preparing fruit. Top cottage cheese mixture with bananas, berries chia seeds and almonds. Enjoy!
