Miss Tina's Microwave Oriental Chicken

Introduction

This is a VERY quick and easy meal. 20 minutes from prep to plate! Serve with rice and a green vegetable and you've got a family favorite! This is a VERY quick and easy meal. 20 minutes from prep to plate! Serve with rice and a green vegetable and you've got a family favorite!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast cut into chunks
    1 tsp Corn Starch
    2 tbsp Brown Sugar
    1 Garlic Clove Minced
    1 tbsp Canola Oil
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    3/4 cup water

Directions

Place all ingredients except chicken into a 3 quart microwave safe bowl and blend until well mixed.

Add chicken.

Place in microwave and cook 12-15 minutes on high. Stir gently to break chicken apart .

Serve immediately over rice with a vegetable. Makes 4 3 ounce servings. Enjoy!
