Introduction

Ingredients

    rotini pasta, garlic, marinated artichoke hearts, roma tomatoes, black olives, spinach, cannelini beans, parmesan cheese, crushed red pepper, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt.

Directions

put pasta on to boil in salted water; in a large saute pan, heat the olive oil; saute garlic for a few minutes, then add artichoke hearts; saute for another few minutes, then add tomatoes, olives, pepper spices, and beans; saute for 5 minutes; add spinach on top and cover pan. when spinach is wilted, add the tomato sauce and toss; return cover. when pasta is ready, mix it into sauce; cover to let flavors come together. serve. makes about 8 1-cup servings.
