Tuna Salad

Introduction

Ingredients

    4 cans of tuna canned in water drained, 1 cup of light mayo, 1/2 cup each chopped nuts ( I used walnuts but you can use whatever nut you have on hand or prefer.), sweet pickle relish, and chopped celery ( i sometimes use the branches of broccolli trees since I use the flowers in another recipe.)

Directions

Open and drain four cans of tuna canned in water into a large bowl. Add the half cup of chopped nuts, the half cup of chopped celery, and the half cup sweet pickle relish. Stir these altogether with a large spoon and then add the one cup light mayo while you continue to vigorously stir. This recipe should make 16 sandwiches 1/4 cup of tuna salad per sandwiche
